Registration Options
Thank you for considering programs at Wolf Camp and the Wolf College. To register, just download and fill out a word or pdf registration form, one per participant. You can print it out, sign and send it in the mail along with a check deposit, or email it back to us and make a deposit using PayPal or Amazon Payments. Call us for amazon payments info, or if you would like us to walk you through the PayPal process. Your space will not be confirmed until we review your form and receive a deposit; then we'll email you a confirmation with preparatory information. To send a registration form and/or check (payable to "Wolf Camp" or "The Wolf College") via usps, ups or fedex, use our home office address: 1026 14th St. SW, Puyallup WA 98371.
If you have any question whatsoever, please feel free to email us and call Chris or Kim anytime at 425-248-0253 (cell) or 253-604-4681 (office). You can also friend either of us on Facebook and become a fan of our facebook page to keep in better touch. Our refund policy is that deposits are not refundable unless your registration is not accepted. If you cancel after making any payment, you may receive a credit for a future program, minus a 25% administration fee of total payments made, in case of emergency. You will receive a full refund if your program is canceled and not rescheduled at a time that you can attend. Again, no refund (and not necessarily any credit) is given if a camper is inappropriate at camp.
Please use this Microsoft Word version if you would like to type your information directly into the form and email it back to us in association with making a PayPal credit card deposit found on your camp description page, or if you would like to make a deposit using Amazon Payments, which is another easy way to use a credit card, so call us for that information. If you have trouble downloading or printing out this form, just email us or call 425-248-0253 (cell) / 253-604-4681 (office) and we will take your registration over the phone.
lease use this PDF version if you would like to print your registration form, hand-write your information onto the form, and send it back to us in the mail along with a check deposit. If you have trouble downloading or printing out this form, just email us or call 425-248-0253 (cell) / 253-604-4681 (office) and we will take your registration over the phone.
